How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 6 years online and also had a retail shop in Smithville Village. Although we have since closed our retail shop, we are still online and easily accessible. Just a short drive to Richland, NJ.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer very high quality custom photo jigsaw puzzles that are Made in America. Our puzzles are thick, vibrant in color, come in a large variety of shapes, sizes and piece counts for every ability level.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My son suffers from autism, and I am a retired teacher, so this business came naturally to me. I saw a definite need in the industry as most custom puzzle companies use a very thin board, offer an inferior product at high prices. We offer a superior product at affordable prices and we make them FAST.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our puzzles are very noticeably thicker, larger pieces and larger finished puzzles. We keep costs down, making our puzzles affordable and museum quality puzzles. We can also turn an order around FAST, usually in 1 business day, and in some cases the same business day! We love to talk, so contact us with your special requests.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location in Richland, NJ. We are expanding our line to wholesale for the Wedding Industry.

We are an online company. We work 6 days a week and are always online.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We were recently on the TODAY show, were featured in The Press of Atlantic City and won a national competition. We will also be the clue in an episode on the Prime Time TV show ELEMENTARY. Further, it is rumored that one of our puzzles is going up into Space, but we aren't allowed to either confirm or deny... Every day we receive customer love and we are so thankful for our amazing customers.
